saamiseks võid püree kurnata. Pane želatiinilehed 5 minutiks külma vette
paisuma. Pigista lehed kuivaks ja lahusta kuumas pürees. Jahuta
toatemmperatuurile kuni segu hakkab õrnalt tarretuma. Määri tarretis põhjale ja
pane paariks tunniks külmkappi.<br /><b><br />Kreemiks</b> pane želatiinilehed külma vette likku Vahusta vahukoor
suhkruga kohevaks. Lisa toorjuust, kohupiim ja vahusta korralikult
segamini. Pigista želatiinilehed kuivaks ja lahusta kuumas vees. Nirista segu vahu hulka, mikserda hoolikalt. Vala mass vormi tarretisekihile.

taigna hulka. Soovi korral lisa pähklid. Sega hästi läbi ja kalla segu
vormi. Mina kasutasin kõrgete äärtega 18×25 vormi aga võib võtta ka 26 cm
ümmarguse vormi. Vorm tuleb vooderdada kas fooliumi või küpsetuspaberiga.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
